JBL recommends a power amp of 500 -1000 watts @ 4 ohms. I use a 1000 watt Peavey amplifier with mine and they sound fantastic. The cabinet is very solid and has good mass which combats cabinet rattles and rumbling The JRX125 is a portable, dual fifteen-inch, two-way speaker system designed specifically for applications in live music performance and music playback.
