Based on the parallel tip length measurement (3") the most you can tip trim is 1.5". It is always recommended to leave 1.5" of parallel tip length for proper shaft installation. This shaft has a 370 tip. The TM Rip 85 gram shaft is a 355 shaft and no tipping like the NV and NVS hybrid shafts. I wonder if the 65 gram TM OEM Rip hybrid is an iron shaft? It was in the TM Rescue 9 or 11 hybrid. Thanks for any info.
