Yeah, I must agree with you, Rebecca. It does look like a skirt. Maybe an inflatable skirt, perhaps? Or maybe she fashioned it out of an old innertube, which would explain the (open) plug

It is an innertube, it's just mostly deflated since most of the air got let out. :D

It does to an extent. When she first pops open the valve, you see it immediately deflate a bit, then a moment later, you briefly see one of them squeezing the air out of it (you also hear the air hissing out). :3

Esa es la hermana de hirito me hubiera gustaba ver como se desinchaba del todo no es muy eficaz quitar la válvula es mejor rajar el tubo si quieres que se aogue
